Bugsworth blockade

During 2006, DEFRA annonced that it was £200 million pounds short in its budgets, and along with the EA, BW had a swingeing cut in the provision it had been promised. The Save Our Waterways site will tell you all about the resulting protests - at Bugsworth Basin there were 49 boats at the first one, including five Braidbars. This is Phil and Pat off Arcturus.
