Upper Thames Bends

Navigating the Thames falls into three sections: the tideway (busy, and don't hang about), the Lower River below Oxford (broad, slow and majestic) and the Upper River (more intimate, faster flowing, and bendy). You can see the sweep of Sanity's wash where she's come swinging through the bend.
