<--Previous Up Next--> I do like taking pictures of bridges! This is looking down the Paddington Arm from the mainline of the Grand Union. In the days of working boats, this was the site of a major depot, first of the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company, then of the British Waterways fleet. Now it's a Tesco, and the dry dock, which could still be a usable facility, has been prettied up as a bit of "heritage" and is usually full of trolleys and rubbish. |
